Senior Structural Engineer – Design, Hybrid, Profit Share

RGB in Cardiff seeks a Senior Structural Engineer on a permanent basis. You will lead design and delivery on schemes valued up to hundreds of millions, in a hybrid pattern.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, perform hands-on design, site visits and report writing, with opportunity to progress toward a director’s role. Applicants should have a structural background and a passion for solving challenging requirements.
