Independent Living Coach – Residential Care (Coastal, Term-Time)

Deaf Academy in Exmouth is seeking Residential Care Workers to support students aged 9-25 in developing independent living skills and education, at an adult residential centre or academy flats. Roles include organising social activities and accompanying students on trips, with shifts outside normal school hours.

The position operates in two teams, each at 42 hours per week, with a 2-week rota that includes weekends and some evenings; term-time plus 5 training days, with progression and CPD
