Café Manager: Lead a vibrant, service-driven team

Morrisons Café is looking for a Supervisor to help run our busy store café. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll pace shifts, coach teammates, and ensure we serve friendly, attentive service while keeping stock available and the café welcoming.

You’ll lead by example, handle daily priorities, monitor food safety and waste, and support the Leadership School to develop your team. If you care about great hospitality, join us in the West of England location.
