Turning Point is seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee four adjacent blocks at our Thanet services in Kent. You will lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities or autism, using our digital care system and collaborating with families and professionals.
Ideal candidates have management experience in supported living, knowledge of CQC standards, and the ability to manage budgets and staff, including development and performance matters.
