Service Manager: Lead High-Quality, Person-Centred Care

Swanton Community Services in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our established service. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensure safety and compliance with CQC standards, and support a team to deliver person-centred care.

You will build strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners, drive service improvements and maintain high ratings, with on-call duties and a full UK driving license.
