Auto Centre Manager — Lead Service & Growth

IN’n’OUT Autocentres in Patchway is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a busy service centre, overseeing people, service operations, budgets and customer relations while working hands-on in the bays.

The role requires at least 3 years in management and a full driving licence, with experience in MOT/fast fit preferred. You will drive sales targets, ensure quality service, manage stock and contribute to local marketing.
