Night Community Nurse – Autonomous Home Care

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service Nurse (Night Nursing) to work 23 hours per week over two nights in the Dorset Integrated Urgent Care Service Community Night Nursing team. You’ll deliver autonomous nursing care to adults in their homes, supported by an HCA, and drive IUCS vehicles across Dorset for community visits.

Candidates should be an experienced Registered Nurse, with valid UK driving license and willingness to work
