Job Description:
NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join the Falkirk District Nursing team. You will work within a Multidisciplinary Team, performing routine care under supervision and in collaboration with District and Registered Nurses.
You will undertake clinical skills such as venepuncture, medicine administration, catheter care, and end-of-life care in patients’ homes, providing MDT support and ensuring patient needs are met with professional autonomy where appropriate.
