Early Years Team Leader: Nurture Learning & Impact

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking an experienced Early Years Team Leader for the Early Learning Unit in Hamilton. The role is temporary up to 1 year, 37 hours per week, salary £20.66–£21.25 per hour, and full-time pattern with 8am–6pm shifts.

You will lead and motivate staff, deliver a high-quality child-centred provision, and ensure staff meet SVQ/NNEB/HNC registration requirements. PVG checks and safeguarding are part of the selection criteria.
