Change Grow Live in London/Bromley is recruiting a Young Persons Resilience Worker to deliver interventions for young people around drug and alcohol awareness, education and harm minimisation. You will manage a caseload of under-18s, provide 1-to-1 support, and help plan group-work programmes in collaboration with partner agencies.
