Sales Support Specialist – Hybrid Admin & CRM

Phoenix Software in Portsmouth is seeking a proactive Sales Support person to assist Account Managers and keep the sales process smooth from order to delivery. You’ll raise sales orders, liaise with customers and suppliers, update the CRM, and provide cover for the Sales Admin team.

The role requires prior administrative experience, strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and the capacity to prioritise work under pressure
