Are you a CNC Programmer wanting to learn and grow in an independent company offering full Fanuc training and a 4-day working week?
You will join a team of 3 other programmers in a close-knit, well-established team in Dorset (Based in Poole) continually growing customer base, meaning you will have stability, and the support of a highly experienced team, with a real chance to make a change to the industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide systems, manufacturing precision components from a variety of materials, carrying out quality inspections, and managing multiple machines to ensure high-quality production from prototypes through to medium batch runs.
This role will suit a CNC Programmer looking for a great opportunity to learn and grow in the industry.
The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc and Manual Guide
- Managing multiple machines while maintaining high-quality standards and an organized workspace
- Monday – Friday (6:30am – 17:00)

- Experience as a CNC programmer
- Commutable to PooleCNC, Programming, Milling, Turning, Fanuc, Mazak, Online, Offline, Poole, 4 Day week, Bournemouth, Training
