AI Deployment Strategist

Overview

In this role you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered planning solutions for key customers, bridging engineering, data, and business problem solving. You’ll own end‑to‑end implementations of Pigment’s AI capabilities and shape how organizations transform their planning processes. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and feeding customer feedback back into product and engineering. The role is highly collaborative across Customer Success, Solutions Architects, and Product teams, with impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for customers
• Translate business problems into scalable Pigment models using AI agents, formulas, dimensions, and logic
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents aligned with customer workflows
• Own end-to-end Pigment implementation for key customers
• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders
• Advise on best practices and drive customer adoption to maximize value
• Prototype and test new AI use cases and agent-based planning approaches
• Bridge product, engineering, and customer feedback to define requirements
• Enable and scale AI deployments through repeatable patterns and frameworks
• Train users on Pigment features and modeling best practices
• Define repeatable patterns for AI deployments across customers

Key requirements

• 2–5 years in a technical, client-facing, or implementation role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Data Scientist/AI Engineer, Solutions Architect)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data modeling or analytics experience
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applied data workflows
• Proficiency with formulas, logic, and structured modeling
• Programming experience (Python, SQL or similar)
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, planning tools, APIs, data pipelines, and system integration
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
