Infrastructure QS – Flexible Hybrid, Growth Path

Gleeds is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure in Birmingham. The role blends local office, home and client-site work with a permanent, full-time contract and flexible core hours.

You’ll lead NEC-based contracts, work with design teams on early commercial decisions, and manage contractor engagement. The position requires experience in QS/Commercial Management, with infrastructure, civils or rail background preferred.
