Senior Service Architect – Policing IT & Managed Services

Telefónica Tech UK&I seeks a Service Architect to support and design IT services for policing sector initiatives. You will act as the main interface between the customer and Telefónica Tech, guiding service architecture across ITIL, DevOps and runbooks.

You will work with delivery teams on new projects, defining standards and ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement. Prior experience in enterprise IT services is essential.
