Senior Estimating Lead for Infrastructure Programs

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd in the Midlands is expanding its Estimating team to lead an executive estimating function for a major infrastructure programme across Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham. The role focuses on establishing strategy, governance and credible cost baselines in a fast-moving client team.

You will manage, coach and develop the estimating team, coordinate cross-disciplinary inputs and provide evidence-based cost advice to programme leadership and stakeholders.
