Quality Certification Manager ( Edgewing )

Overview

In this role you will own edgewing’s EN9100 certification and AQAP 2310 compliance, shaping the certification strategy and ensuring audit readiness. You will lead the certification team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. The position offers high visibility and an opportunity to influence quality standards across Edgewing. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to safeguard compliance and strengthen Edgewing’s reputation for quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular certification reports with metrics on success rates, timelines, and areas for improvement
• Lead and develop the certification team with strong stakeholder engagement and end-to-end certification oversight
• Develop and maintain certification strategies aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on certification processes and requirements
• Oversee root-cause analysis and corrective actions including OFIs management
• Identify opportunities to improve the certification system to increase process effectiveness

Key requirements

• Experience managing company certification in accordance with relevant standards/requirements
• Experience managing audit processes (quality audits, first-party)
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Automotive)
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring
