Consultant – Clinical Operations (Remote – Europe)

Overview

In this role you guide life sciences customers through rapid configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, and related Vault-based solutions. You will translate clinical needs into design, deliver training, and support validation, while senior consultants mentor project teams. You contribute to customer success across the engagement lifecycle in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setting. Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments solutions for life science customers
• Run workshops to elicit requirements and guide customers toward optimal design decisions
• Document design decisions and monitor Vault configuration against the approved design
• Support validation activities and author validation documentation
• Deliver onsite or remote training to customers
• Submit product enhancement requests based on project experience
• Ensure customer success from start to finish of the engagement lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Key requirements

• Experience in clinical trials with understanding of compliance considerations and processes
• Or experience on implementation projects as a consultant, business, or IT lead for eTMF/CTMS/Site Connect/Study Training/Study Startup/Payments
• Understanding of life sciences content management principles
• Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Good communication skills in English
• Legally authorized to work in EU/UK; no visa sponsorship anticipated
