Head of Data & AI

Overview

In this role you will lead the data and AI agenda to transform a fast-moving financial services business. You’ll shape strategy, redesign workflows, and scale practical AI adoption to improve decision-making and speed. You will build a trusted, self-service data foundation and embed AI into everyday operations, guiding a high-performing analytics team. You’ll partner with senior leaders, Data Engineering and Compliance to drive measurable business impact. This is a transformation-focused opportunity to commercially lead data and AI initiatives at scale.

Key requirements

• Proven leadership across Data, Analytics or AI
• Track record of taking AI solutions from idea to adoption
• Strong SQL, data modelling, dbt and cloud data warehouse expertise
• Commercial thinking, stakeholder influence and a hands-on delivery mindset
• Financial services, trading or brokerage experience
