Overview

In this role you bridge our platform with insurers, combining hands-on engineering with senior client engagement. You will configure and deploy digital product journeys, and integrate with policy administration systems, quoting engines and data feeds, translating data across architectures. You’ll collaborate with carriers and MGAs to scope partnerships, tackle complex integrations, and identify improvements to the core platform. You’ll help shape what an AI-enabled insurance journey in production looks like, working closely with senior stakeholders in the UK market.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy digital product journeys on the platform
• Integrate with policy administration systems, quoting engines, and data feeds
• Translate data between the platform and insurers’ architectures
• Engage with carriers and MGAs to scope partnerships
• Solve complex integration challenges and identify platform improvements
• Help define AI-enabled insurance journeys in production
• Work with APIs and data mapping to enable seamless integrations

Key requirements

• Experience in insurance, insurtech, or closely related sector
• Practical understanding of carriers, MGAs, and intermediaries
• Comfort with APIs, data mapping, and system integrations
• Familiarity with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, LangGraph or equivalent
• Open to actuaries and non-actuaries; exposure to personal lines insurance
• Lloyd’s experience advantageous
