As Senior Director, Data and Analytics, you will lead the growth and governance of our data practice, shaping strategic analytics solutions for clients. You’ll drive delivery excellence, develop talent, and strengthen cross-functional partnerships to turn data into measurable business outcomes. This role blends thought leadership with hands-on engagement oversight, enabling data-driven transformations at scale. You’ll work with regional teams and technology partners to expand offerings and secure impactful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and thought leadership across the Data and Analytics practice
• Develop teams and maximize productivity and job satisfaction
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, budgeting, and client buy-in
• Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of offerings
• Oversee and govern all Data and Analytics projects
• Lead business development with relevant tools and SMEs to win engagements
• Build relationships with local market teams, align on sales pursuits and capacity
• Foster partnerships with technology vendors and co-own joint sales pursuits

Key requirements

• 7+ years in data and analytics strategy, architecture and delivery within consulting
• P&L experience in a similar-sized consulting firm
• Broad experience across data strategy, governance, visualization, AI/ML, legacy and cloud data platforms
• Deep expertise in modern cloud data stacks (AWS/GCP/Azure) and platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Proven track record in growing client base and organic business development
• Consulting engagement management experience in Agile/Scrum, with senior-level client interaction
