(MEP) Revit Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will develop and manage detailed MEP models in Revit and produce coordinated technical drawings. You’ll collaborate with MEP designers, engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure integrated solutions and clash-free designs. You will support BIM coordination across the project lifecycle and verify design information for construction readiness. This position offers involvement in high-impact infrastructure projects within a diverse and inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed MEP models in Revit
• Produce and coordinate accurate technical drawings and model information
• Collaborate with MEP designers, engineers, architects and construction teams
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural elements
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues
• Support BIM coordination and information management throughout the project lifecycle
• Review design information for accuracy, compliance and constructability
• Work with specialist subcontractors and wider supply chain to ensure coordinated MEP solutions

Key requirements

• Proven experience as Revit Engineer, Revit Technician or MEP Revit professional
• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit in construction/engineering/building services environments
• Good understanding of MEP systems and building services coordination
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving clashes
• Knowledge of BIM processes and information management
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and design information
