Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services

Overview

In this hybrid UK-based role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for EPAM’s Retail and Consumer Services division across the EMEA region. You’ll partner with senior leadership to translate market conditions and client needs into a compelling GTM plan that strengthens brand, drives demand, and accelerates pipeline and revenue. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal groups to connect client requirements with EPAM’s strengths and bring competitive advantages to market. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with impact on growth and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the GTM marketing direction for expansion within Retail and Consumer Services
• Serve as the go-to marketing partner for leadership across Retail and Consumer Services and Sales
• Translate evolving market conditions and client demands into a standout GTM plan
• Elevate brand presence, drive demand, and accelerate pipeline and revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Industry, Sales, Marketing, Presales, Industry Solutions, Alliances, Content, Research, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Operations) to align offerings with market needs
