Head of Partnerships & Growth – Lead a Fast-Scaling Broker Network

Elect Capital is seeking a Partnerships Lead to own and scale the broker and partner network from London. You’ll escalate and sign off on deals, coach a team of Partnerships Executives, and set strategy and targets for rapid growth.

You will drive end-to-end broker relationships, steer negotiations with strong commercial judgement, and collaborate with underwriting, sales and operations to keep deal flow smooth. A structured, data-driven approach is essential in a fast-moving environment.
