Head of Operational Optimisation & Resource Planning

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Operational Optimisation to lead data‑driven resource management across multiple sites. You will improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right teams and resources align with operational and commercial goals.

You will collaborate with Finance and senior leaders to identify efficiencies, reduce avoidable spend and develop cost models for robust investment decisions across leisure sites.
