Head of Operational Standards for Funeral Care

Dignity Funeral Directors, part of Life Services Group, is seeking a Head of Operational Standards to shape how we care for the deceased and deliver every funeral. You will unite our specialists in care, processes and logistics into one high-performing team, reporting to the Director of Funeral Operations.

You will drive national standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and embed guidance across branches while coaching regional leaders to maintain consistency and quality of service.
