Head of Operations – Fintech (Hybrid, Share Options)

Bondsmith, a fast-growing digital cash savings platform, seeks a Head of Operations in London (hybrid). You will own platform operations end-to-end, from onboarding partners to product pricing and regulatory controls, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliations.

You will lead and scale the Operations team, define controls and KPIs, and partner with risk, compliance, product and engineering to deliver reliable service and strong governance.
