Team Leader, Victim Services – Hybrid, Impact & Growth

Victim Support in London is seeking a Team Leader for the Victim Service team on a hybrid basis. The 37.5-hour week includes a Saturday every six weeks, and the role runs as a fixed-term contract ending 31 March 2028.

You will lead a team to deliver high-quality victim support, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
