Care Coordinator: Match Care Staff to Clients

Cera Care Ltd. is hiring a Care Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients by level and type of care, and where possible, close to the client.

Requirements include NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 (desirable), SSSC registration, 2 years’ experience as a care coordinator for a domiciliary agency, and knowledge of CQC/CIW compliance. You should be organised, flexible, and a team player.
