Damp & Mould Surveyor — Residential Health Specialist

1st Select Ltd is seeking a Damp & Mould Surveyor to inspect and diagnose damp, mould, condensation and related defects across the housing stock. You will identify root causes, specify remedial works, and oversee delivery to ensure homes are safe, healthy and compliant with statutory requirements.

Working with residents, contractors and internal teams, you will prepare detailed inspection reports, provide technical advice, raise works orders, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
