Licensing Sales Executive — High-Volume Outreach

MPLC is hiring a Sales Executive to join our small business team in Eastbourne, driving outbound licensing deals for public performance rights. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close with small businesses, building trust and delivering value in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

The role is hybrid with three days in our Eastbourne office, offering a base salary from £30,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £68,000. Prior tech sales tools experience is useful but not essential.
