Looking for more than just another HR Advisor role?
We’re looking for an HR professional who wants to make a difference.
Someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting managers, solving people challenges and improving the way things are done.
This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and involvement in a variety of HR initiatives and projects across the business. You’ll be trusted to manage employee relations matters, support managers through people challenges and contribute to initiatives that help the business and its people succeed.
If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely add value rather than simply follow process, we’d love to hear from you.

Working closely with managers and colleagues at all levels, you’ll provide practical advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters, helping to create positive outcomes for individuals, teams and the wider organisation.
This is a varied role that combines employee relations, coaching, project work, organisational change and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational HR and opportunities to influence wider business initiatives.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the HR team, sharing knowledge, supporting team objectives and helping to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with managers to provide professional, commercially focused HR advice.
- Managing a range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and flexible working cases.
- Supporting managers through investigations, formal meetings and appeals.
- Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Contributing to organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and TUPE transfers.
- Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures and working practices.
- Analysing HR data and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Supporting the development and delivery of HR training and guidance.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the HR team to share knowledge, promote best practice and support the delivery of a high-quality HR service.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, confident in their HR knowledge and enjoys building strong relationships.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisory role.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- A sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- The ability to build credibility and influence managers at all levels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
