We are looking for a skilled General Operative to join our team. The focus of this role is to complete all GO1 tasks to a high standard, by constantly challenging the status quo and be at the forefront of evolution, continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare. Whist promoting Unilin’s core values of openness, integrity, adaptability, customer focus and team approach.
Working Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00, rotating weekly
Key Accountabilities:
Health & Safety – To encourage and practice working in a safe working as set out in the Health and Safety policy.Quality Standards -Ensure they are supporting the team in performing to quality standards in terms of product quality and housekeeping.Trial / Improvements – Participate in processes and production trials as and when required to ensure that they run successfully and support the technical department.Area / Line Performance: Adherence to plan and achieving line speeds, meeting standards required. Able to share knowledge with others and support with ‘in house’training.Communication – Effective communication throughout the department. Ability to communicate with people clearly and effectively.Administration – Carry out necessary administrative tasks and ensure that systems are updated as required.Ensuring correct and accurate data recording
