Salary: GBP30 – GBP30 per hour
We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the CHC Reviews Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team:
The CHC Reviews Team assesses adults’ care needs and works with health partners to deliver person-centred support. The role involves completing reviews, assessing eligibility and ensuring care plans reflect current needs. You will liaise with individuals, families and professionals to support effective outcomes. This is a locum opportunity.
About you:
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in a Frontline Adult Service lends well to the success of this position.
