Holiday Food Customer Assistant – Fast-Paced Retail

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Christmas Customer Assistant in Whitstable, Kent. You’ll be at the frontline of our Food section, delivering five-star service and helping customers find products quickly.

Working pattern includes Thursday, Saturday and Sunday early shifts (06:00–10:00) with potential full-time hours during peak weeks. You’ll use Sparks and in-store devices, be a team player, and adapt to varying store areas to support a seamless shopping experience.
