Mid-Weight Project Designer / Visualiser

Overview

In this role you will develop planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models and renderings for projects and client presentations within a Clerkenwell showroom. You will craft design concepts that support sales and prepare final design packs for installations. You’ll maintain data integrity across systems and collaborate with sales to enhance design quality and efficiency. This position offers flexible working and the chance to influence high-end contract furniture projects at an established, international manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Produce planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD) and renderings for projects and proposals
• Create design concepts that address client requests and support sales in product configuration
• Maintain accuracy of customer, design and technical data in internal systems and update renderings and libraries
• Collaborate with sales on design-related matters and improve quality and efficiency of design outputs

Key requirements

• Strong design background
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualisation and P.con
• Solid understanding of the contract furniture industry
• Strong attention to detail in technical design and floor planning
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage fast-paced creative needs
• Great team spirit and confident communication with customers and colleagues
• Passion for finding right solutions for clients as a trusted advisor
