Founders’ AI-First Executive Assistant

PAIRES is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founders who will own calendars, correspondence, travel, and the follow-through that keeps two co-founders aligned across time zones. You will work AI-first, draft in each founder’s voice, and ensure every commitment is kept.

You report directly to both co-founders, act with discretion, and build scalable systems that outlast busy weeks. This is a fast-moving, trusted role in a fully remote team.
