Overview
In this role you guide the adoption of F5 AI-focused solutions in AI data centers and applications. You act as a trusted advisor, shaping technical strategy for customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI infrastructure with business needs. You’ll educate and enable both customers and internal teams through thought leadership and practical guidance, driving AI-enabled application delivery and security.

Responsibilities
- Identify strategic opportunities in AI infrastructure and AI applications, embedding F5 technology in client solutions
- Act as evangelist and thought leader in the AI space
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal leaders to share insights and align on customer pain points and industry trends
- Advocate for customer needs and high-value use cases with product management and services teams
- Provide technical and business feedback to product design, launches, and updates
- Mentor and support the Solution Engineering community as needed
Key requirements
- 8+ years of related industry experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills to executives and business leaders
- Experience presenting demonstrations to technical and business leads
- Deep knowledge of F5 Solutions
- Knowledge of AI factory reference architectures
- Experience with AI infrastructure and data center network designs
- Familiarity with Large Language Models, orchestrators, agents, and tools
- Knowledge of cloud-native patterns (Kubernetes, APIs, micro-services, service mesh)
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of AI App security ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation to executives
