Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (Relocation Bonus)

Medway is offering a role focused on completing child and family assessments for children with disabilities, working with families and partner agencies to identify suitable support. You will manage a varied caseload, participate in multi‑agency strategy meetings, and develop support plans to meet children’s needs.

The package includes relocation and market supplements, plus a retention payment after one year of service. A DBS check is provided and you will be registered with Social Work England.
