Chiltern Railways is seeking an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager based at Marylebone or a selectable network location with some travel. You will lead the development and delivery of the internal communications strategy, ensuring two-way channels and consistent messages across Chiltern Railways.
You will partner with the leadership team to raise engagement, manage channels, campaigns and events, and line-manage the Internal Communications Executive and Engagement Events Executive.
