EPR Data Migration Lead – Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd. (DSFS) is seeking an EPR Data Migration Lead to plan, manage and deliver data migration for the Trust’s EPR system.

You will ensure accurate extraction, cleansing, validation and migration from legacy systems into Nervecentre, working with clinical, operational, technical and supplier teams. The role requires on-site presence at Sherwood Forest Hospitals (minimum 3 days/week) with hybrid working options.
