Disability North is seeking a kind, patient support worker to assist Yazan in Newcastle and surrounding areas. You will help with daily tasks, support routines, and encourage Yazan’s interests in music and woodworking. A full UK driving licence is required to enable transport to appointments and activities.
Your role includes accompanying Yazan to local groups and helping with communications and activities, fostering a respectful, person-centered approach to well-being and independence.
