We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidatewith experience in multi-outlet catering to excel in a General Catering Manager role across a contract based in Birmingham.

This role has a strong catering focus, with responsibilities across staff dining, hospitality, and retail management.

Experience required:

• 3+ years’ senior-level experience managing catering contracts including catering services, hospitality and retail.
• Previous Chef Manager or craft background
• Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellence.
• Proven track record in people and change management and operational improvement.
• Knowledge in developing and delivering sustainable innovations within a corporate environment.
• Financial acumen with experience managing performance targets and budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A strong knowledge of workplace strategies.

Salary is dependant on experience.
