Customer Service & Returns Admin Specialist

The Culina Group is hiring a Customer Service Administrator for our Rugby team on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours are 9am-5pm, any 5 in 7 days.

You will provide excellent service to customers, handle daily returns, update clients on orders, and support admin tasks across the business as required. Liaising with the Customer Contract Manager and other teams to ensure timely reports and clear communication.
