Responsibilities

• Advise on property-related disputes including risk management at pre-action stage
• Handle commercial and complex residential property disputes
• Manage mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation
• Collaborate with commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies, and high net worth individuals
• Work with dispute resolution and non-contentious real estate teams
• Maintain high professional standards and compliance

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in high-quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing a complex and varied workload
