ICT User Support Officer (Level 2/3) – Flexible Growth

Dorset Council is seeking Level 2 or 3 ICT User Support Officers to join our ICT User Support team. You will provide expert technical support across systems and services, handle complex incidents, and help improve user experience across the organisation.
