Customer Service Administrator – Immediate Start, Path to Permanent

Planet Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Oxfordshire. The role requires providing high-quality telephone and administrative support in a friendly, professional manner.

You will answer queries via phone and email, log them on the internal database, and liaise with other departments and engineers. The role may become permanent after probation.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a site just outside Oxford accessible by bus.
