Nurse Team Lead – Elder Care Quality & Rehab

Beaumont Care Homes Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to lead the care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across shifts. You will promote rehabilitation, independence with dignity, and compassionate support for residents in line with our policies and standards.

The rate of pay is dependent on experience, starting at £18.82 per hour for newly qualified nurses and rising to £19.82 after one year post-qualification.
