Lifeguard & Pool Attendant — Customer-Focused

Pembrokeshire County Council in Pembroke Leisure Centre is seeking a Lifeguard Attendant for a 37-hour, open-ended contract. The role includes supervising the pool, ensuring safety, and assisting centre staff to deliver excellent customer service.

You must hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification; a background in sport is beneficial. A DBS check will be conducted, and the position requires 16+ years old with shift-work including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
