Health & Employment Coach: Build Confidence & Pathways

Sovereign & Bale in Staffordshire is seeking two Health and Employment Specialists to provide personalised, health-led support to individuals facing barriers to employment and independence. You will offer person-centred coaching to help participants improve health, wellbeing, confidence and independence while progressing towards goals at a pace that suits them.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to identify barriers and develop practical support plans.
